FAQs

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within a few days of receipt when in stock, however most of our pieces are handmade to order and shipped within 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you have questions about your order or would like to receive it sooner than our normal timeline. All shipments include tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.

REPAIRS
Each DH piece is made with quality products and great attention to detail. If you have a Daniela Hemans creation that is in need of repair, please email us at info@danielahemans.com
Basic repair fee is $20, however additional fees may apply.  Repairs take approximately 2-6 weeks to complete from the time they are received.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
**Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned**
We hope you love your purchase but if for some reason you don’t, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will accept returned items within 14 days of the purchase date for credit only minus shipping costs, if any. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items and we recommend your package is insured with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending out their exchanges.
Returned items must be in the original packaging, unused and in new condition fit for sale.
